Mrs. Rivas, a licensed and multilingual clinical social worker, working in the nonprofit sector for over 13 year's experience. She is familiar with a range of groups, including LGBTQ+, individuals with problems with substance abuse, people who are victims of sexual abuse and violence in intimate relationships, etc. Since the beginning of 2019 she has been working with Mrs. Rivas is serving Erie's clients. The clinic now offers telehealth Behavioral Health services. Dr. Rivas has worked with pregnant and postpartum moms for more than 10 years. She is a specialist in the field of trauma-informed therapy and provides EMDR for adults. She offers group and individual therapy as well as an assisted medication treatment program. Referrals for special care are also provided. Amanda serves as a Best Friends Animal Society volunteer, helping to find permanent homes for homeless animals.
